Can anyone tell me if an attachment of earnings order has to be applied for in county court/mag court? council have submitted a supposed attachment of earnings order to my employer quite a few times in the last few years. The thing is 1. It\'s simply council headed paper with misspelled attachment of earning s 2.Never heard from a court , certainly not official court document! 3. wouldn\'t that be fraud / misrepresentation, claiming it to be court document? 4.also paid the same summons twice. can anyone advise. thank you.
