Someone please help me to answer this question, myself and another person are due to be sentenced in 2 weeks time for a.b.h, however the other persons pre sentence report may not be ready so they may adjourn it. My barrister says that the court will want to sentence us together but I am tired of waiting as this has been going on for months, therefore can I demand to be sentenced to get this whole thing out of the way??? I do not wish to offend the judge but I am going to lose the plot if they adjourn the case again and am thinking of shouting out \"just sentence me and get it over with\". Come on people help me out here!!!
