So sorry to hear about this,This world is crazy,He is a young lad who thought he was having fun with this girlfriend and now prison!.This is absolutely ridiculous i hope they can retry this case and give your son the freedom he rightly deserves to get on with his life.Don\'t give up and don\'t stress!

Every mothers worst night mare 6 weeks after my sons 18th birthday the police arrest him, for underaged sex and false imprisonment, the girl was 15 and my son was 17, This girl actually stayed for 3 consequtive nights in my home, the first night when the alledge offence occured i wasnt home at all, when i arrived home the next day my son introduced me to this girl as his new girlfriend, she actually told me she was 16 years, she subsequently stayed at my home for a further 2 nights, this girl apparently didnt want to go home and the only way my son could get her to home was by telling her he didnt want a relationship, for the next couple of weeks she constantly texted and facebook messaged him wanting a relationship, my son wasnt intrested because he had learnt she was only 15. The night I wasnt home when sexual activity took place, at the girls request she was tied to the bed, my son actually recorded this and on this recording it was heard that it was the girls suggestion to be tied to the bed, this girl basically stalked my son son for 6 weeks, he foolishly broadcasted via bb mesenger the video footage of this girl being tied to his bed, next thing he is being arrested for under age sex, which i have been told is now classed as rape, and false imprisonment. he broke his bail conditions by contacting the girl and has now been on remand for 5 months, the police have since found other images on his phone, which are apparently illegal porn to what extent i dont no, my son tells me he is looking at being sent to prison for 3-6 years. The thought of which devastates me, whilst i am disgusted y his actions he certianly isnt a danger to socioty. can some one give me a realistic out come
