He needs to write to the court manager, outlining his DOB, name (Joe Bloggs -v- CSA) and put as much dates, month and year detail he can remember. Ask them to give a copy of the last order issued by the court in his name. The will respond.

Hi, my partner and I want to access the details of a case in which he was the defendant against the Child Support Agency. He won the case but now the CSA have came back to him 5 years later asking for the same alleged arrears. Unfortunately lost all the documentation and apparently the CSA have no record of this case. He cannot remember the exact date but knows it was in 2008 at Swaffham Magistrates court. He rang them but they told him he needs the case number. Can someone please direct us how to either get the case number or view past cases for magistrates courts online. Thanks
