My sister and family were busy moving to England from S.A. in Sept last year. Husband went first and was taken into a police station for questioning upon arival in England. Sisters motherinlaw said that a crazy lady filed false charges, not to worry, the victoms dates given to police don\'t match, as my brother in laws passport clearly shows that he and the victom were in seperate countries when the alledged crimes occured. The only information now being given to us by the motherinlaw is that the case is now going to trial this month. I had searched this site previously to try to get more details during the preliminary hearings, but found scant information. Now I can find NOTHING! I have searched using his name and case number, but come up empty. Can anyone please tell me where I can find any information about the case. He first appeared before a judge in Liverpool Crown Court. The trial is supposed to start on the 19th of March. My niece is in England, staying with the motherinlaw and he is only allowed to see her during supervised visits, although he is on bail. It really is imperitive that we find out what is going on.
