Good afternoon How can I establish if a person has been disqualified from driving whilst under the influence of drink and or drugs. The person is claiming the car has broken down, consequently they are being ferried everywhere. The outcome is vitally important as it will assist with the social services building a case for child protection. I have checked as far as possible case history from the various courts, but can find no confirmation that they have been prosecuted, if my suspicions are proven, this would be the second conviction in 6 years.
