I am looking for some way to find out about an old case back in the sixties. I know newspapers hold pages of their material on microfiche, as does libraries, but how does old court cases get archived. Does the info get wiped clean after a period of time or can they be searched somehow for later research. It may have been a small claims court case over claims of financial damages so nothing criminal if you follow. I know the town it would have occured but have no idea which type of court and where. Any info to start me off would be good.
