I\'m trying to find details of a case due to be held in York Crown Court, it\'s been passed over by Scarborough Magistrates. I\'m a victim of the defendant I\'m trying to find info about, but so far I\'m having no luck what so ever! :-( I\'ve tried everything I can think of, but I\'m getting no where, it\'s very frustrating!

The sentences database is updated daily and revisited at the end of each month. The database contains a wide range of cases, and many cases remain unreported anywhere else, however it is not comprehensive. The aim of the website is to assist the business community and the public with access to justice and provide insight and information for users of legal service providers.

Can't find more details when searching (Posted on: 2012-09-25 10:51:42)
If I go into the court case listings for a particular case I get details of when the case happened but if I do an advanced search for more details I get \"no results found\" even though I put in all the correct details of the case! I can even find details of cases after the one I\'m trying to locate. Does anyone know what reason this may be or am I assuming wrong that every case is recorded here?
