having heard the results of the case against Mr P Hermitage. The facts that were put in place by the victims of the assault many years ago, whose lives have been destroyed - and mental torment suffered for so long - i cannot whole heartedly understand how any jury can come to the conclusion of not guilty agianst such an obvious liar and bully. the whole family is devastated - and as for the lives he recked, the lady that has now passed away too - that he attacked many years ago. .and the young girl he attacked in his younger days who was too scared to say anything against him. Nothing has been resolved. nothing. If anyone can explain this awful unjustified result to me - then please do - the jurors should be ashamed - i do not think they have taken enough into consideration and how the judge could let this happen is beyond me. I have heard that the jurors were at times finding some the statements amusing ? why is this allowed to happen? the result is so so wrong. The victims have now suffered another loss in the family - the perpetrators son has now had a heart attack with the shock of this result . Why would anyone go through taking someone to court over something so personal if it were not the truth - no one would put themselves through all that stress if there was no truth in the accusation. Disgusted. the justice system is pointless. how will this family ever recover from this, while he is free?
