Try the Magistrate Court for further information. If you have never had possession of the car in question I\'d ring the DVLA to inform them, sounds as if someone is using your identity.

I have recently received a bailiffs letter regarding a case against me in a Magistrates Court which I know nothing about. I rang them and they said it was brought by the DVLA for not registering a vehicle. All I have is HMCTS Kent and a reference number. How can I get more details so I can deal with this? Help greatly appreciated
