if the person claimed insanity,then he will be found irresponsible for his acts,therefore he will undergo some medical treatmnent which means the abh will be ajourned.not quite sure.?About the threat to kill,join the club,got several of them,but is the person detained under the mental health act now?

the decedent was suppose to be sentenced but then claimed insanity, what can we expect next? and what sort of charges for ABH and threats to kill? not much of a history but he broke his bail conditions. any response will be really appreciated. thank you
