I would also like to know how the case number system works please. A number that was allocated to a case I wish to follow now appears to have been used for another person on the same day at the same court. It is rather confusing. If I enter the specific names, no results can be found. What does this mean? Can anyone help with information please?

I would like to know the format for case numbers, are they unique to a particular case or can different cases have the same number in different courts. I ask this because when searching for a particular case there seem to be a number in different courts with the same number. Thank you for your help
