Recording is urgent for the case hearings and its legal to have recordings of the cases.

The event \'case started\' recorded next to the hearing means that when the hearing was recorded in the system (in 2010) the case had started. It does not mean that the case did not finish simple that was the last event captured when the list was available in real time. When a case says commital to sentencing case started what does that mean when the case was in2010?
