I believe her case was due to be heard on 9 January, but I cannot find any details of whether it happened and what was the outcome. The reason I am curious is that the daughter of a friend of mine is serving 6 months for the theft of a pair of trainers, but of course she doesnt have a millionare for a father

From what I can tell The Law Pages only has an array of key cases and then only successful prosecutions in the sentencing database so the case in question may not be listed.
