 What does "Case started" mean (Posted on: 2011-12-21 16:23:39)
I\'m currently a witness (well, the victim) in a sexual assault case and the defendant was in Crown Court on Monday for a Plea and Case Management hearing. I would love to know the results of this (and I was supposed to be told as soon as possible) but I\'ve yet to hear anything, it\'s driving me to distraction. I searched on here and it has come up as: Plea and Case Management - 10.35 case started I don\'t know if I\'m being really dense but what does this mean?! Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me
