 Do I have a case against Social Services & CAFCASS? (Posted on: 2011-08-19 00:09:35)
Both Agencies WSCC social services & cafcass have both wrongly Reported Information Against Me being in possession of drugs & charged in 2008. Threw Persistance to the point of Annoyance I have Managed to get Letter\'s of Admittance from both parties stating they had wrongly reported information against me. I am in a position to do anything about this happening? I recently also requested all the information they hold on file for Me, as required for family court case & they\'ve said I Must Pay For this information, I Think that is quite a Disgrace they didnt offer to waver fee as a gesture for their Error of Reporting.
