 Case 2009-2010 (Posted on: 2011-05-27 15:31:25)
I am looking for a case that was judged back in 2009/2010 at Leeds Crown Court under a specific Judge. The advanced search did not show that specific judgement in the period between 02.2009-31.12.2010. The Judge had a number of cases where he passed sentence but not the one I am looking for. How can I get my hand on a copy of the Transcript without needing to go through westlaw as that will take time until I am being set up for a trial. Thanks,
