Did you mean possession with intent? That\'s a common term used in criminal cases. Possession of a weapon with intent to use it during a robbery or assault, or possession of illegal drugs with intent to supply. Possession with intent in these cases can dramatically alter the severity of the crime and stricter sentencing options for judges.
