 Locating outcome of Council tax liability order that went in my favour from 2012 (Posted on: 2020-12-24 00:40:42)
I have asked the court for a \"memorandum of conviction\" from a case from 2012. I have told them the date I believe it to be but have said it may be within a couple of days after that. They have replied stating that because the case is so old they need the exact date as they have to search for it manually. I have supplied the hearing number as well. Is there a way of finding out what date the case was on via the hearing number or any other means. (I suspect they are just being awkward)
