I\'m currently trying to find out the same.i do as I\'ve been asked to do a reference by a family member but also unaware of why they are in court. If you find anything out about how we can find out please could you let me know.

Employee, currently on bail, wants me to write a character reference for the court but doesn\'t want to divulge charge against her. She\'s a good employee and I would like to help but would prefer to know what she\'s been charged with in case it later reflects badly on me. How can I find out.
