 Rape Conviction/Sentence missing from court records? (Posted on: 2019-10-02 17:07:22)
Hi, I\'m wondering if you could help clarify a question I have please. I am looking for a case held at Brighton Magistrates but it was a Crown Case, March 2018 and the conviction was 3 counts of rape and one of sexual assault. I cannot locate any details on here at all despite monitoring it via here and xhibit whilst the trial was happening. The police did NOT do a press release for this but I know the victim waived her right to anonymity. I hope someone can help me track down the full details.
