How can a person who has been taken to court by cps for fraud to the equivalent of £15,000 plead not guilty and crown says no one benefited or lost ,but my son has got this debt through a fraudulent and thieving ex partner , How can i get the court or cps to look at this again at the same session she pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice and has to be sentenced at later date ,
