 Seeking listing details for retrial. (Posted on: 2018-08-29 15:19:01)
I was on a jury 15-19 January this year. Hung jury. I\'m trying to discover if the defendant is listed to be re-tried (and if so when), or whether the case was dismissed. I\'m having trouble finding listings by the defendant\'s surname (or indeed any information at all). I\'d also be interested to know if the jury I sat on was itself a retrial, or whether it was the first trial. Any assistance in navigating the net to find this information would be welcome.
