My employer whose profession is a solicitor but runs a business and my then legal rep was a QC made a agreement that time will standstill. Representing myself at the ET, I was informed by the ET Judge that the parties cannot decide to stop time so when I brought the claim for Unfair dismissal and whistle-blowing it was out of time. As it was \"reasonably practible\" to bring it in time. Any case law where both parties agreed to stop time themselves.
