Hi. I am also waiting for a case to be updated, but it looks like the data entry on this site is very haphazard, and possibly it varies a lot by individual court. However, if you know the court where the defendant was being tried, I found the admin people there to be very helpful. You can search here to get the case number, give it to them and I am sure they will help

An ex was arrest for a substantial amount of indecent images of minors early 2016, due to separation I didn\'t find much out about how the case was going. A few month ago I received an update from some Internet someone officer but unfortunately I didn\'t get the name of the officer . I have kept an eye on the hearings each day but still havnt seen the exs name ... Where can I contact for an update on the case?
