Dear Sir / Madam,

In 2012 I instructed an

accountant to file a claim on my behalf - Adam Latif Allcock - against a Mr Lee Anthony Metcalf and against his company \"EXPRESS PC\'S LTD\". The accountant has now gone... rogue... is the best way to put it, and I am now

left with no paperwork or references to the case.

I know

that Mr Metcalf did not respond within 21 days and that there was a

judgement made by the court in September of 2012, including the appointment of a receiver.

Is there any way to look through older judgements or hearings from 2012? The postcode we would have filed against was SR4 6NP which I believe makes it Sunderland crown court if its near the defendant.

If not, do you have any suggestions to trace this case and judgement? I was unable to find any entries via the registry trust.
