 Application for Injunction (Posted on: 2016-02-10 12:10:24)
We are under a Bailiffs Notice for Eviction.There are pending proceedings. The claimants are using a third party, who is harassing us and has been threatening (yes I do have evidence). This person wants to inspect the property on Friday. The Judge has seen my application but want me to alter the wording as the third party is not a party to the pending proceedings. What is he asking me to do?
