Re:What is the likelihood of a young mum if convicted of burglary where she was present only who was a drug addict at ti
This depends completely on the circumstances of a case - evidence against her, what was stolen/how/when/from who... It is not possible to say anything without this information. It would therefore be advisable to get a solictor/to talk it through with a solicitor as they will then be able to tell you what you want to know.

Re:what is Voyeurism
Voyeurism is a criminal offence (Section 67 Sexual Offences Act 2003) where the offender records or "observes another person doing a private act, and ... knows that the other person does not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification". See CPS Sentencing manual

Re:whats happened?
From what I can tell The Law Pages only has an array of key cases and then only succesful prosecutions in the sentencing database so the case in question may not be listed.

I would recommend that the victim contact "Victim Support" 0845 30 30 900 http://www.victimsupport.org as I believe they are the people who liaise this information to any victim or witness.

Good luck!

Re:When is this case appearing.
As far as I know on here, that is only available to solicitors and barristers.

Re:When or is it possible to see someones sentence online?
Sometimes this website does a small report on some sentences. If its not one of those then you should be able to ring the court and ask for the result. You'll need the case number if you have it as the courts are busy. May also be worthwhile doing a "google search" as sometimes articles are written in local papers.
