Re:What does this mean?
it means the person appearing before a court judge (defendant) doesn't need to appear in person but must have legal representation (counsel).

Re:What happened in court?
I think the hearings section only shows what is happening in court, and the sentences section only shows successful convictions so you are unlikely to find what you are looking for.

Perhaps you can contact the Court directly and ask them what is happening?

There is a Courts directory here: http://www.thelawpages.com/magistrates-county-crown-court/

Re:What is the likelihood of a young mum if convicted of burglary where she was present only who was a drug addict at ti
This depends completely on the circumstances of a case - evidence against her, what was stolen/how/when/from who... It is not possible to say anything without this information. It would therefore be advisable to get a solictor/to talk it through with a solicitor as they will then be able to tell you what you want to know.

Re:what is Voyeurism
Voyeurism is a criminal offence (Section 67 Sexual Offences Act 2003) where the offender records or "observes another person doing a private act, and ... knows that the other person does not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification". See CPS Sentencing manual
