Re:Transcript for a current case
Ive just had one done and its a pain to do. Ring the court where it took place, they will send a form, you fill it in and pay a fee. Its expensive

Re:Transcripts
It can be obtained by paying a fee to court. To get detailed procedure of obtaining them you should read the following pdf file:

Re:transfer of property ownership
When it comes to property you have to pay attention to everything otherwise you will be in a tough position. Reading your situation, you are in one. Without wasting more time, consult a powerful attorney and they will tell you how to move further. To be precise, hire an estate lawyer.

Re:Translator
hi Asha the directory for translators can be fiound in your own embassy but it is a favourable to check court opportunities jobs etc and to check your local police force if they have a high number of your fellow citizens and you yourself have a clean record they might employ you on a as and when basis but usually police forces have a phone translators service which you could probably find in your local phone directory.

Re:Transparency order
I presume it is only, if such implied in actual order, other ways you are responsible for whatever you signed on
