If you are a Law student and have access to databases such as LexisNexis or Westlaw, they should be on there. If not, the library may have legal text books called the Law Reports. The case should be published in tha. Hope this helps

Changes to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 came into force on 10 March 2014 - See guidance (on the position in England and Wales) here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/new-guidance-on-the-rehabilitation-of-offenders-act-1974

The rehabilitation period for adults would be the period of the sentence plus a further ‘buffer period’ of 4 years, giving a total of 4 years and 8 months.
