Is the charge Affray or Criminal Damage and Affray? Because the damage caused is over £5,000 the hearing could take place in either a magistrates or a crown court. Once in court of course previous go...

Not sure but when I type in the case I'm looking for the dates the are shown at the moment seem to end on March 22nd I only get the information that you could see on the day at court at the moment.

Sadly it seems like never.

1. Because no one seems to ever reply to any of the questions put here in.

2. Because they are so selective and only publish the tinest percentage possible of sentencing information.

3. Note the plethora of Suppression  Orders in place for those who hearing is in the Inner London Courts.

4. There is nothing ever here about the outcomes from the Magistrates Courts

5. The site seems fantastic at first until one realizes just how much they leave out, after the cases end.   Sad really.
