Hi, I've been looking for one since November 2016, found before and after so I think they can apply to have it removed or even never entered.  This is the only conclusion I can come to as I had crime number ,court, DOB......... and it wasn't anything that would need to be withheld to protect the victim.  Hope you have more luck.  Be sure to re post if you do find out.

Thanks very much for the info,we do have all that from the ombudsman report,my brother was divorced,my Mum and my family were sorting out his funeral etc and his ex wife then claimed everything cos of the kids thats why they stated there wasnt enough money for funeral,never notified etc cos she didnt want contact while he was in prison and stopped contact with the kids,so that why they contacted his/my Mum and we were sorting it until the ex took over and claimed it all, its very sad cos Dad passed away 8wks before my brother and Mum has now passed last Sept 11. It was court info we are trying to find like court statements etc, as we were not told anything  about him goin to court at the time until he was sentanced.thanks again very much appreiciated.
