This indicates that there are reporting restrictions in place. Usually this is to protect the identities of children and young people - See S.39 Children and Young Persons Act 1933 (Part III). Reporting restrictions can also be in place to preserve the anonymity of victims of certain offences see - S.1 Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992.

Re:Need copies of court paper work.....  

My daughter had a court case last year October. Unfortunately we have lost the paperwork concerning this. Is there a way for us to get copies of these?

Yoe can ring the court and ask for a "Transcript" of the court case.  It is quite costly though.

Why do you need a third party, the courts, to prove that he's a bad character? If you already know he's a liar then that should be enough.
