Go to Home Page and put criminals name and court if known in search under crown or magistrates court. It should bring up details of any case against that person with a case number. From there you could contact the court if case not yet held to find out more.

1. Simplest approach would be to search local press reports to see if they have reported on the case.

2. If you know that sentencing has occurred, you could check to see if the sentence is given on this site, but only a small proportion are. Use the 'sentences' tab above, go to advanced search, and complete as much info as you can.

3. Contact the court directly and ask nicely - you may be lucky!

Ask the person for it. or if they are the defendant then and you are the witness then police will let you know when they have been charged and what did they get.

You go on the 'Sentence' icon... and search the defendant/court case via there... and it should bring up the sentence given.
