Re:hearing

If you are a member of the legal profession, or the media, you can obtain the advanced or 'warned list' (paid for service).  Otherwise you can veiw cases for the following days hearing - for crown courts here: www.courtserve.net & http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/onlineservices/xhibit/court_lists.htm for other court hearings see: www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/courthearings.htm. You can now view the hearing progress too: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/onlineservices/xhibit/court_lists.htm. I hope that helps.

Re:hearings
If the trial came to an end, i.e. the defendant was found guilty, the Judge most probably adjourned the sentence for reports.  This means he wants to find out about the defendant's circumstances, social. personal & economic, in order to give him the right sentence.  It will most probably be listed in approximately 3-4 weeks time so  keep looking

Re:help

Hi

Do you have any other details - a date, court or the offence he was convicted of? It's going to helpful to have that sort of information.
