Re:for sentences
When a court record states 'for sentence' it means the case is listed for a sentencing hearing (when the punishment for the offence to which an offender has pleaded guilty to or has been found guilty of) - See:- http://www.thelawpages.com/court-hearings-lists/crown-court-details.php

Re:for trial of issue
This records that the case is having a 'Newton hearing'. This is where the defendant has pleaded guilty to an offence on the basis of a different version of facts from that put forward by the prosecution. The prosecution disputes the basis of plea - they will have regard to the victim and other parties involved in the case - and the court (no jury) has a hearing to decide the facts of the case and the basis on which the defendant will be sentenced.
