Yes. Complain to the Lord Advocate regarding this matter, and ask that the matter be investigated with a view to have the case be re-instated. Best of luck!

Facing the same situation here.

I even tried a recent 2004 case (of which I have all the details) but search still came up empty. Are the limitations of thelawpages explained somewhere (since it seems some cases don't appear in the result section?

I would also like to know how the case number system works please. A number that was allocated to a case I wish to follow now appears to have been used for another person on the same day at the same court. It is rather confusing. If I enter the specific names, no results can be found. What does this mean? Can anyone help with information please?
