is anybody up at crown court for blackmail by email, does anyone know on 1st offence will a person be jailed for this or know of anyone else has got probation etc

Usually because the defendant is a youth and therefore their name cannot be published without permission from the judge. However in some cases (such as child neglect) the case may be subject to reportting restrictions (put in place by the judge to grant the defendant anonymity). Hope this helps

Hi there. I think you'd definitely be able to sue the company in the civil courts. Have you contacted a solicitor to ask them about that? You could also ask them about making a complaint to the police about the company in relation to the death. Good luck!
