I can't see how you can be right. 

1. She has received no paperwork advising her of the claim, so she could not mount a defence.
2. She does not even know if this relates to the RTC.
3. The only 'evidence' is from the plaintiff. 
4. The judgement says that the damages have been agreed. Clearly they have not as my daughter knew nothing about this claim until the judgement came through yesterday.

She's speaking with the court today (if she is able to find time as she works for the NHS), and I will update you then.
