Re:A question
The court can order her to attend court and i can not determine the sentence as a judge has to consider all mitagating or aggravating each offence individually

Re:ABH

Hi everyone

My son has recently been charged with ABH. I want to get the best lawyer I can to fight the case because my son is the victim of a campaign against him, and this is the lastest example of it. Any recommendations? I live in the Wiltshire area and money is not a problem.

Many thanks.

Do some research .

Look at newspapers , search the web , maybe get in touch with local chambers and such ?

Re:ABH Crown court

I am no expert just a mum of a 15 yr old who was assaulted by three young men back in February, totally unprovoked we have pressed charges against the three offenders and attended Magistartes Court yesterday (still awaiting to hear the outcome), the youngest pleaded guilty, the older two not guilty! The court ushers said that if they changed their plea they would get a third reduction on any sentance given for their actions against my son. This is in a youth court though so not sure IF the same rules apply.

Perhaps ask your solicitor also?

Good luck!
