Plea and case managment  
I am trying to find information on a case.  It is listed as plea and case managment but I cannot find any further information.  Does this mean that the case is finished and if so where can I find the outcome?

Police applications to a court  
Am I able to access details of applications made to the Crown Court by a Police Force on a particular issue (such as the extension of the time to investigate a potential criminal matter) via this website?

police corruption trial swansea  

Hi, Hoping someone might have an insight into the above.

The ongoing trial at Swansea crown court into the police corruption re the infamous Lynette White case has dissapeared off the Court listings last entry being made on the 12th Aug.

The case was scheduled to be ongoing until the end of the year, being the largest of its kind in legal history.

Can anyone shed any light on why it has appeared to have stopped. nothing has been mentioned in the local media.

Possible to find result of a case?  
Is it possible to be able to find out whether or not a person was found guilty / not guilty? 


I can see the status of running cases and the last note was "Jury retire to deliberate verdict" - I also understand that if a person is found guilty then you can see what their sentence was.

I know you can assume that if there is no sentencing, and the case no longer appears on hearings, that they were probably found not guilty but is there any way I can find out a verdict on this site?

Could you tell me how long is it from someone being sentenced to it appearing on the the site.  I have noticed that those from last Friday 19/08/11 are not visable.
