Looking for sentence details
Is it too early for sentence details to be listed for a case held at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday 16 Sept 2011?  The hearing has been finished and I have the case number and defendant's name.

looking for... my husband
Im looking for a way to search for the man I believed to be my husband to be. Recent alarm bells have instigated me to look closer. What i find is disturbing and i know now he is a con man, conning me. How can I find his previous convictions. Im informed he has been in prison and possible been on charge up to 35 times. Im unsure how and where to start. I tried by typing his name and no result. I have paid several sites with no result. yet I have found people who visited him in prison as recently as november last year.

Lost Touch with my kids father

Many years ago someone telephoned my home. They worked at Lewes Prison and they said that an inmate there wanted to get in touch with my eldest son. The inmate turned out to be my sons father who I had divorced several years earlier.

My son did get in touch at the time, but has since lost his details. The inmate has now been released as he served his sentence.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how my son can find out where he might be living now.

Are there records that we can ask to have access to, or has anyone ever heard of a service where they might pass on a letter from my son to a former inmate?

Luke McCormick
I was really shocked to see that Luke McCormick only got 7 years (and it seems like he'll probably be out in 3 and a half years). According to this site the maximum sentence for causing death by dangerous driving is 14 years. He was driving erratically, too fast and while he was drunk and he killed two kids...what do you have to do to get the maximum on that basis?! I think that killing someone with a vehicle should be manslaughter and subject to a greater maximum tariff. Do others agree?
