The case was supposed to be heard on the 27th August 2019 for sentencing at Burnley crown court.

I can't find the outcome of the case which had been escalated from the magistrate's court.

Thank you for any help on this matter

Judges, Witnesses & Evidence - Can You Help?

1. Is there a database or anywhere that keeps records of the daily cases and judgements given by judges  i.e. the original case that may or may not have led to an appeal?

2. Can the past actions of a witness in matters that are not relevant to proceedings before a court which are relevant to credibility; be used to dismiss or not consider relevant evidence significant to the matter before the court for determination? In otherwords can the credibility of a witness be grounds to totally dismiss their evidence when that evidence is corroborated elsewhere?

3. Are Judges above the law or is it possible for a Judge to be guilty of perverting the course of natural justice?

Jury numbers

Is there any way of finding out whether a jury voted unanimously or whether there was a split and if so what the 'score was?

Specifically in relation to the Stephen Lawrence trial.

Thanks
