is it possible to get a crown court transcript from 1996?
I need to get a court transcript from a crown court trial around 1996, but i can't find any electronic record of it.
the only info i have on it is the defendant name, the approximate date of the trial, the court it was in and what the conviction was for.
is it possible to get this information somehow and if so, how much would it cost?

is it wrong to think this.
we have in our country to many laws protecting criminals so can I say this, the men and women who have to spend the rest of there lives in jail for crimes that are so bad they are a danger to the public.
it costs thousands of pounds to keep them, so I know a little boy who is struggling to raise money for an operation in America. why cant we use these people who have no respect for life and can take one so easy and are never going to be free again, as parts for innocent children and adults who are dying. if someone needed an eye say, yes its horrible to think like that, someone needs a kidney, a lung and so on. if they match the blood type, take it of them.
if someone took my child's life and my other wanted a eye, take the persons who took my child.
This is justice, this is putting things right no matter what the prisoner says, like a car breakers use the low life to help the good.

IS my friend seing a peadophlie?
Hi all, novice newbie here, I'm trying to find out how to prove or dispell rumours about a person my best friend has began seeing, google claims the guy was jailed for a sexual assault on a child back in 2000 and put on the sex offenders register, and was again sentanced to a similar assault in 2007 at Burnley Crown Court?
The problem is I'm having difficulty in locating any "correct" info on these apparent cases to back up googles newspaper claims and need to know one way or another for her and her daughters benefit obviously.
We could seriously do with your help please guys if anyone can help us shed any light on where and how to look on here for the facts not just newspaper rumours.

Is my sentence spent?
I was convicted about 4-5 years ago at Kingston-Upon-Thames crown court in December, but i cannot remember the date, and need to see if it is spent for a job interview i have.
How can i see this information?

is this web page genuine ?
Ive searched for court appearances that I know have happened and they are not coming up on my results.
I need to check on court appearances and sentencing involving a man with a long list of offences who groomed my daughter last year. I have heard he is in prison (not for our case) and I want to know what for !!
