unknowing of what to expect!  
I am a 28 yo female on/bail, tag/curfew for threats to kill and misuse of a communications device to cause anxiety!  

I plead not guilty to the first as I did not intend it nor did I set out to cause fear, I was highly intoxicated , which I understand is no excuse!
They remanded me into new hall prison for 13days. 
My plea and case management is coming up and it is making me sick and stressed so I am thinking about changing my plea to guilty as think a trial is too much for all parties involved. It is my first offence and I have no violent history. And the alleged victim is my husband and father of my 6mth old!

There are mitigating circumstances.
What's the likely outcome?

Updates of Website  

Does anyone know how often the sentance details are updated.  I'm trying to find someone that was sentanced on 7th Jan 2011 and it isn't on there eventhough there are others from that date on.
