Trying to find a case the day before sentencing  
Hi 

I am a law student and my research requires me to find a case with limited info a day in advance of the court hearing. 

It is about trying to find a case on very limited info.In the case I am researching, it is based on an area a distance from where of live, Great Yarmouth,  the defendants name is not spelt correctly and the severity of the case is unclear,  possibly 5 counts of solicitation by a male.

Not much to go on as I am unsure of which local court the proceedings would have been held at.

My interest is based upon an in depth study of sex workers in the GY area,their linked drug use and mental health issues,

Trying to find details of a criminal case  

Hi,

I'm new on this site but need some help.  I'm looking for details of a criminal death case from 1986.  I know the defendant's and the victims name and the year the crime took place but don't know any other details.  Does anybody know how I find out details of the case.

trying to find out a sentence  

Hello, I was on jury service in Bristol Crown court for the case against [defendant], sexual assault by touching.  The verdict was guilty, and the case was held for sentencing on 3rd Sept this year, which I believe took place, however I cannot trace what the sentence was, and think it may have gone to appeal, can you advise where I can find this information?

Trying to find out a sentence  

for a Ryan George McMillan of Knaresbrough, North Yorkshire, Held at York Crown Court, i think during April this year.

Can anyone help please?

I've tried searching the name but the results show nothing - thanks
