Tracing a defendant  
I would like to trace a defendant against whom I have a court order. This person is an ex-prisoner and his court sentence is available to the public so I was wondering if I can legally obtain his current address? Is there any tracing agency who would be willing to take this case?

tracing crown court trial outcome  
I'm trying to find details of a case that was transferred from Coventry crown court to Birmingham crown court @ 2004, the case was eventually 'thrown out'
Any advice appreciated, thank you.

Could you please advise how I can obtain a copy of the transcript of a judges summing up which occurred In a recent murder case in Sheffield Crown Court.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows the protocol for court transcripts from within the past 5 years- I just moved to the UK and I don't know the details of public access to these.  Are higher profile court cases [acts of terrorism, etc.] available online, in person, or at all?

Transcript for a current case  
Does anyone know how I find a transcript for a current case? I have tried all the searches I can but nothing comes up with the defendants name at all.
