Sentencing Advice Needed Urgently, PLEASE READ AND HELP ME.  
Arson...Please help me, my brother is up for sentencing at the crown on 13/01/12 and his solicitor has made a complete mess of his case and has portrayed my brother as a bad person, its shocking how bad he was represented. Never had run in with the law untill this, hes been in custody since june and his sentencing was ajourned on dec 23rd 11 due to the solicitors mistakes. Can i do anything to get his sentencing ajourned within a day? Seriously my brother does not deserve this or at least he deserves to be sentenced through fairness and honesty. I beg anyone for advice ASAP. thank you

Sentencing Guidelines for Attempted Rape  
Can somebody please point me in the direction of official guidelines for attempted rape?

I have found Billam and Millberry but these are not helpful due to the fact that these are for rape as opposed to attempted.

The defendant was found guilty so went to trial.  He still denies the alleged offence so there would have been no credit for a guilty plea.

Sentencing information  
Hi I'm trying to find the sentencing information on a case that took place today I have the case number know the defendants name and the time the case closed etc. When will I be able to view the sentencing information?

Sentencing information for cases at Preston Crown Court  
There appears to be a distinct lack of information on cases at Preston Crown Court. Is there a particular reason for this? There's been no new entries from Preston since the 30th June and even then it was only 1 entry.
