Sentence details - 2005  
Hello All,
Please can anyone tell me how to find out about my brothers case in MAy 2005 at Oxford Crown Court. I have searched this site and cannot find anything connected to it. My brother passed away in 2009 at Littlehey Prison.

Sentence Details - December 2011  

Hello

I was part of the jury for Regina v Burtenshaw & Ford at Hove Trial Centre during the first 3 weeks of December 2011 and was wondering what sentences the 2 defendents got.

The prosecuting barrister was Miss Jennifer Knight and both Mr Burtenshaw & Mrs Ford recevied guilty verdicts.


Could anyone either help me with the sentences or point me in the direction of where I could find them.

sentence due 20th dec  
he was found guilty on 26th nov and was supposed to be sentenced on 20th dec but cannot find anything !!

Sentence issued  
How do i find out about the sentencing of case number ******* ,Manchester Crown Court. This man, whilst on police bail defrauded many people and we would like to know the outcome. Incidentally, is it possible to report crimes to the police when the crimes took place whilst on police bail.

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Sentence not listed  
A man was found guilty of rape at Newcastle Combined Court in March 2013.  The Judge released him pending pre-sentencing reports, but neither the sentence nor the case have been listed.  Are there reasons why not?
